Performed by applying heated packs and hot rocks to the whole body and massaged with heat balms.

When applied topically to the skin on a regular basis magnesium can easily absorb into the skin and may help raise the level of this nutrient in our body. Magnesium is a mineral which is needed to carry out many important functions in our bodies systems.

PILATES
After more than a decade of treating clients on the table, I wanted to take them further into there recovery. Training in Joseph Pilates clinical Pilates, education in biology, physiology and safe but effective exercise training in recovery.
Pilates Timetable
Pilates at the Perfect Balance is performed on Reformers, mat and specialised equipment in a circuit style class, these 45min classes are built to assist is toning, strengthening and stretching your body while also helping with the cardiovascular system.

– goal setting and finding a consistency with your exercise.
– discuss what you want from your workouts.
– modify exercises for any injuries, aches, pains or concerns.
What we will offer you in our class’s
With small group classes you won’t be lost in the crowd. We understand everybody moves differently and with a small class, we assess your movements closely and modify promptly so you don’t miss out on a great work out. Our variety of classes coming will enable you to progress through your exercises.

Low Intensity Slow & Steady
To assist with mobility, balance, stretch and recovery to calm the busy mind or body, this session takes the time to stretch it all out while still feeling the benefits of exercise.
Lets Get Physical
Listen to some great tunes and get the heart and lungs pumping. Med to high intensity Pilates using both the floor, props and equipment. This is a circuit style of training.
Traditional Joseph Pilates Repertoire
Learn the traditional moves of joseph Pilates, this class will have sequenced techniques to learn. Using Pilates props, some floor work and reformer. We welcome fun, effort and an enthusiastic mind.
You will leave our classes feeling toned, lengthened, balanced and have positive energy to take on your day. Enjoy our combined services of massage to enhance this new perfectly balanced body that is now you.
